1. How can I participate?
   Please refer to https://blog.kyber.network/how-to-participate-in-kyber-network-token-sale-294aafb34af9 or other sources.
2. What is the token sale address?
   The ENS for the token sale address is kybernetwork.eth.
   You can get the full address on Etherscan at https://etherscan.io/address/kybernetwork.eth
3. MEW/Parity/others does not let me send a transaction to your address. What could be wrong and what can I do?
   Please visit https://tokensale.kyber.network/check/,and then insert the Ether address that you have registered with to check the individual cap and whether the address is already approved. Additionally, please make sure the gas price is at most 50 Gwei, and that you have not already filled up your individual cap. Finally, please make sure that the transaction is only sent over after the commencement of sale, or it will be refused.
4. My transaction failed, why?
   See (3), in addition, please check your gas limit is at least 150k.
5. I sent a transaction long time ago, but it was not confirmed. What should I do?
   If your gas price is under 50 Gwei, you can try to send again with higher gas price. If you send multiple transactions and the individual cap is hit, only one of the transactions will be confirmed.
6. I participated in the token sale. How can I see my tokens?
   You can see your KNC balance in our website https://tokensale.kyber.network/check/ and also on Etherscan: https://etherscan.io/token/KyberNetwork?#balances. After a wallet application add native support to our token, you will be able to see your KNC tokens on the wallet.
7. For the second phase of the sale, how can I know the amount of tokens left for sale?
   Please check the unsold tokens after the first 24 hours here: https://tokensale.kyber.network
8. I participated in the token sale, but not I cannot transfer my tokens. Tokens are only transferable on September 24th.
